In my old notes, as a junior, I really had the unbridled desire to work for a big company.
Daydreaming and being seen as the one who worked for ****.
Over the years I realised that this was a problem that prevented me from growing, and that realities are all a source of experience and value.
Startups and millions of pixels later, I have moved beyond this view.
So why accept contracts you can't mention freely?
The big reason I took NDA-locked jobs on consultancy is to go beyond my bias.
I spent the first 25 years learning the ropes, and it's only in the last year that I have a less blurred awareness of how design moves in different organisations, scale-ups and startups (on the understanding that everyone has an exception).
If there's anything about these blurred pixels you want to discuss,Send me a message 🡒
